Facial aesthetic treatments, otherwise known as facial rejuvenation treatments, offer a gentle way of reducing the signs of ageing on the face. A natural, more youthful appearance can be achieved with a choice of non-surgical treatments that are carried out by a fully trained, qualified and professional member of our team - Dr Ainsley Coats.
In addition to providing dental treatment here at One Dental Care, and our sister practice in Troon called Breeze Dental Clinic, Ainsley worked as a Speciality Doctor in Maxillofacial Surgery in Crosshouse until recently. She gained Fellowship in Dental Surgery and spent many years performing facial procedures including skin cancer removal and treatment of ptosis (drooping of the eyelids). This means she has gained extensive experience and insight into facial anatomy and physiology over the years.
On Thursday 8th August at 7pm in Troon (at Breeze Dental Clinic) we are holding an Open Evening for anyone interested in finding out more. Ainsley will be doing a demonstration of what treatment involves, and will be available to answer any questions or queries you may have in a relaxed and informal environment.

During your Free Consultation, you will have the opportunity to ask Ainsley any questions or queries you may have. She will also be able to discuss with you the results you are looking to achieve with treatment, and based on this, will provide you with a full Treatment Plan so that you can be comfortable and confident in the cost, and what each stage of your treatment would involve, before she begins.
In addition, she will also explain all possible side effects and any follow up treatments. Side effects include bruising and swelling around the injection sites. In general botulinum injections last for around 6 months and fillers 6-12 months after which time a new top-up dose may be required.
